Day 5 pure cardio

Wow... Yesterday was pretty intense.  My muscles are pretty tight and sore. My energy level has increased.  I made a mistake the other day and said I lost 3 pounds. It was actually 5. I just looked at the scale wrong I'm worked from home today so I did pure cardio much earlier so I could recover and enjoy my Friday night.

Pure cardio should be called pure hell. The same crazy warm up and stretching then we get into a full out intense cardio routine including suicides, suicide jumps, and frog jumps. It's really a struggle to get through this one but I did.  It felt like I was breathing fire.  My muscles don't hurt as bad as they did this morning which is great.
