I woke up this morning hurting and angry. Geesh! MY muscles are acting like I've never worked out before. If I saw Shaun T in the streets I would give him a power kick except I'm pretty sure my legs are too sore to do anything more than a mummy kick. I kept thinking, "How in the heck am I going to be able to work out today?". I cringed at the thought of doing it at all today.
I got home and got ready for the workout. The warm up was ridiculous. I was ready to give up at that point but I started "digging deeper" as Shaun T says.
After the warm up, the excercises kept getting tougher and tougher. By the end of the workout I was praying that I would never have a cookie or beer again if I just could make it through.
I made it through and hit the shower. I don't see how I'm going to make it through tomorrow. My legs feel like noodles and I can't get off of the couch!
