Day 4 Cardio Recovery

I woke up this morning feeling amazing.  I don't have much soreness but my muscles feel tight.  This might not be so bad afterall.  My energy level is increasing each day so no complaints here.  I even stepped on the scale (which i normally only do at most once a week) and I'm down 3 pounds!

This workout must be called recovery because you need it seriously once you finished. The cardio is minimal but the strength training is serious. If you've ever done hip hop abs, this is like hips buns and thighs on steroids. It is a lot of awkward stretching and serious lower body work. My legs are still shaking.  Goodbye good mood for the day. I just want a beer and some french fries!
