Day 3- Cardio Power and resistance

Hurting today but It's not too bad. My glutes quads, and obliques, are tight and sore.  I'm able to walk around today and the pain isn't as bad as when I first did Cardio X (P90x workout).  I was still nervous about Cardio Power and Resistance. I watched it already and it looks a little more challenging than Day 2.  I've realized that I have a HUGE calorie deficit and I'm going to have to  increase it.  I'm hoping my energy level will improve after doing that.  I'm just flat out tired right about now.

This workout was definitely rougher than yesterday. I struggled through it. By the time I finished the "warm up" I was dripping with sweat. We really worked more of the lower body today. The globe jumps and verticle jumps were almost impossible. By the time we got to the cool down my legs were shaking.  My energy level isn't as bad as last night. Let's hope for the best tomorrow. It's not supposed to be as bad.
